In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Cannabis Psychedelics Pty Ltd (Cannabis Psychedelics) and “you” means you the customer or site visitor.

These are the terms on which Cannabis Psychedelics permits users to access and use the Website including using the services and functionality made available through the Website, viewing Content provided by Cannabis Psychedelics, communicating with Cannabis Psychedelics and reviewing service information.

Cannabis Psychedelics has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any information, course content, comment, content, communication, advice, text, experiences, retreats or other material (Content) made available or posted on the Website or in its therapy sessions. Cannabis Psychedelics reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to block, modify or remove any Content contained on the Website without notice, and will not be liable in any way for possible consequences of such actions.
The Content on the Website is for general information purposes only. Furthermore, Cannabis Psychedelics does not warrant or make any representations as to any third party services described or referred to on the Website including any courses or products offered by any company or entity that provides education services or referral services who is a registered user of Cannabis Psychedelics (Third Party Provider). Any use of Cannabis Psychedelics materials or information by another person or organisation is at the user’s own risk.
The Content on this Website is obtained and developed from a variety of sources including but not limited to Third Party Providers, collaborations with third parties and information provided by third parties under licence. Inclusion of Content on this Website is not an endorsement of any organisation, Third Party Provider, product or service.

Please be aware that any Course or Content and the exercises in our training course are oriented towards personal and spiritual development. The techniques or modalities in our training course or in our experiences are in no way a replacement for traditional therapy. Much of the information in this course could be applied to your on-going therapy offerings, if you are currently utilizing mental health services.
We believe that providing education, peer-support, and harm reduction is important for this field. This course also does not train/certify therapists, clinicians, or coaches to provide/facilitate any illegal activities.

The Website may contain links to other websites, including those of Third Party Providers, referral service providers or advertising partners. Cannabis Psychedelics provides those links as a ready reference for searching for third party goods and services on the internet and not as an endorsement of those web sites, their operators or the goods, services or content that they describe.
Other web sites which are linked to the Website (including Facebook, Twitter, Google), are not covered by these Terms, and may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you choose to access these linked sites, you do so at your own risk. Cannabis Psychedelics is not responsible for and will not be liable in respect of the content or operation of those web sites or any of the goods, services or content that they describe. Cannabis Psychedelics is not responsible for and will not be liable in respect of any incorrect link to an external web site.
You are not permitted to frame or link the Website without Cannabis Psychedelics’s express written permission.

Access and communication

Subject to the consumer guarantees provided for in consumer protection legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law), Cannabis Psychedelics does not warrant that you will have continuous access to the Website. Cannabis Psychedelics will not be liable in the event that the Website is unavailable to you due to computer downtime attributable to malfunctions, upgrades, preventative or remedial maintenance activities or interruption in telecommunications supply.
Cannabis Psychedelics does not guarantee the delivery of communications over the internet as such communications rely on third party service providers. Electronic communication (including electronic mail) is vulnerable to interception by third parties and Cannabis Psychedelics does not guarantee the security or confidentiality of these communications or the security of the Website.

5. Post, link to, or otherwise distribute any information, material or item which contains a virus, trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component.

Unauthorised use of the Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may result in legal proceedings being taken against you.
Cannabis Psychedelics provides no warranties and cannot guarantee that any file, program, access or use of the Website is free from viruses, malware or other harmful technology or material which could damage or infect your data, hardware, software or other equipment. Subject to the consumer guarantees provided for in consumer protection legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law), Cannabis Psychedelics excludes all liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, the Content, all links to or from the Website.

Notwithstanding anything in this clause 13, in the event that Cannabis Psychedelics is liable for a breach of these Terms, the maximum extent of Cannabis Psychedelics’s liability is limited at its sole and absolute discretion to either supplying the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify Cannabis Psychedelics, its directors, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates in respect of all loss, damage, costs, expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis), fines, penalties, claims, demands and proceedings howsoever arising, whether at common law (including negligence) or under statute, in connection with any of the following:

Jurisdiction and law

These Terms are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms, their performance and subject matter.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms.

Severability

Each provision of these Terms is severable from the others and no severance of a provision will affect any other provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Cannabis Psychedelics. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Cannabis Psychedelics.

Practitioner Course Terms

The following terms are in addition to the general terms and conditions and privacy stated in this document. This course in no way promotes, condones, or facilitates illegal activity. This course is strictly for educational purposes only. Please be aware that most psychedelic substances are illegal in many countries. By enrolling into this program, you are agreeing that Cannabis Psychedelics takes no responsibilities for your actions. This course does not provide credentials or training for therapists, coaches, and clinicians to provide psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy services. Largely these services are illegal unless the client has a legal medicinal cannabis prescription.

Enrolment Agreement

By accepting these terms the participant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course or Content using the payment method selected at the checkout.
The participant accepts that he/she is required to pay the full amount of the Course fees even if he/she does not complete the Course or Content.
The approximate duration of the Course is stated on the course page in the course FAQs. You may complete the course sooner or later.
Course commencement is the date upon which we receive your course fees in full.
The participant has read the FAQs.

Course Enrolment

There are no course or subject pre-requisites for entry into our programs except for what Cannabis Psychedelics may determine as appropriate practitioner or not. Our professional development programs are generally intended for people over the age of 21. In some circumstances, enrolments from younger people may be considered.
One (1) participant per enrolment;
Course enrolment is complete when the participant has paid for access to course
Course duration is effective from the date of payment for access to the course;
Course commencement is effective from the date access to materials is granted;
While enrolments are not transferable to other students, course transfers are available in limited circumstances which will include these terms:

Course Transfers are permitted within 7 days since course commencement;

Course Transfer fees may apply and will be advised upon application.

If an application for a transfer is successful, participants can transfer into a course of the fee value or below. No refund will be made for any difference;

A tax invoice for the transfer fee and any outstanding balance will be issued and payable upon approval of the course transfer;

Participants will not be eligible for a course transfer after 7 days; Only one (1) transfer is available; No further discounts will apply to the course transferred into; and No work/assessment has been saved or submitted.

Course Materials and Access

Course Materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise specified in the course description, and may not be downloaded. Some extra printed materials are available for most courses/units – you may download these and use them as study or reference notes. Some courses have the option of downloading and printing the materials via our online system.
The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Cannabis Psychedelics. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of Cannabis Psychedelics;
Course materials, course content and assessment are subject to change;
Course duration/ study hours are estimates only and may change significantly depending upon full-time, part-time or ocassional access to modules;
Course materials are provided online or via alternative means if Cannabis Psychedelics shall deem appropriate. Course materials may comprise of online resources including interactive and written learning content, videos, quizzes and assessment. The Cannabis Psychedelics site may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance;
To study online with Cannabis Psychedelics you will need a computer (desktop PC/laptop) running a current/updated operating system with reliable high-speed internet access. You will also need basic computer skills, such as typing, knowledge of how to navigate the Internet and be able to use word processing programs.
Module/ course content located within our online system are for internal purposes only and do not appear on official Graduate Certificates and Statements of Results. Cannabis Psychedelics completion records are for internal purposes only; and
Twelve (12) months’ course materials access, with extensions available upon application (fees may apply).

Assessment

Independent research beyond the course materials may be required to complete the assessment where specified. Unlimited tutor support is available and provided via email.
All assessments must be submitted electronically, though in-person assessments if requested are mandatory for certification;
Using chatbots, AI, or other automated tools to generate responses or complete assignments is strictly prohibited. All submissions must reflect personal comprehension and analysis, be written in your own words and be properly referenced.

Course Withdrawal and Refunds

Refunds will not be issued after course commencement except in exceptional circumstances. Where evidence can be successfully provided to support the student’s circumstances, course fees may be refunded or partially refunded as per the following:

A full refund, less 10% admin fee is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled within 7 days of booking if access to resources has not been provided yet.
A 50% refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled within 7 days of the course commencement date.
No refund will be provided after the course commencement.
No refund will be provided where work or assessment has been saved or submitted.

This decision of assessing the extenuating circumstances rests with the Managing Director and shall be assessed on a case by case situation.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.

Marketing Communications

Upon enrolment into the course, we may use the content from your emails in our marketing materials and on our website testimonials page, as well as send you a monthly newsletter. Your identity will never be revealed, however we may use your name, initials and your City. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and only comments related to course outcomes and student experiences will be mentioned.

Cannabis Psychedelics Code of Practice

CANNABIS PSYCHEDELICS has responsibilities to you as a student to provide you with a quality of service that will assist you as much as possible in attaining your professional development certificate. We undertake to abide by all our policies and procedures.

Cannabis Psychedelics agrees to:

Provide a tax invoice;
Provide login details to access the online Course Materials (or alternative access) and mark assessments and provide feedback where applicable on submitted assessment tasks;
Provide unlimited tutor support via email throughout the enrolment;
Issue a Certificate upon satisfactory completion of the course (if applicable). We will provide clients with the results of their assessment within 7-14 days of practical assessment submission/ completion. Certificates (electronic) will be issued within 7 -14 days.

Student Obligations

Students with Cannabis Psychedelics are required to:

Ensure that all the information provided to CANNABIS PSYCHEDELICS is accurate;
Notify CANNABIS PSYCHEDELICS of any contact changes (email, telephone, address etc.);
Advise CANNABIS PSYCHEDELICS of any difficulties or problems they may experience with CANNABIS PSYCHEDELICS staff, procedures or training;
Achieve satisfactory progress with their studies through participation and completion of assessments. Students are able to submit an assignment for marking three (3) times. If a student fails to attain a Competency Achieved/Pass grade upon the third attempt, re-enrolment into the unit will be required – charges will apply; and
NOT submit or claim as their own, work derived from AI Tools, other source or work completed by another person. Students found copying and pasting content from AI Tools or directly from the Internet will breach these terms and conditions and enrolment in the unit will be cancelled. Re-enrolment into the unit will be required – charges will apply.
In your interactions with administrative staff, course consultants and tutor support staff (including, but not limited to telephone calls, emails and instant chats) you agree to conduct yourself civilly and respectfully at all times. As a customer or student of Cannabis Psychedelics, you agree that you shall not, under any circumstances, use abusive language or harass staff. Cannabis Psychedelics reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes abusive language and harassment, and where that has occurred; and may, partially or completely, deny service to any infringing party.
